Information We Process:
We may collect and process the following personal information about you when you use the System:
- First name / last name
- Email address
- Your password
- Any content you upload, create or manage using the Service
- The connection of your account to the social media accounts you manage using the Service, and the data obtained from those accounts (e.g., followers, posts, reactions to posts)
- The connection of your account to other users of the Service (i.e., corporate influencers or managers) and your interactions with them
- Any other information you may provide to us (e.g., via the website’s contact form)

Furthermore, when you visit our web pages, we process the data that your internet browser automatically transmits to us, such as:
- Date and time of the retrieval of one of our internet pages
- Your browser type
- Your browser settings
- Your device’s operating system
- the previous page you visited (the “referrer”)
- the amount of data transferred and the access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.)

How We Use Your Information:
We will use the information that we collect about you for the following purposes:
- Marketing/promoting the Service to the visitors of our website- Create your user account

The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest to provide the Service to our customers and their users.

If we want to use your information for any other purpose, we will ask you for consent and will use your information only on receiving your consent, and then only for the purpose(s) for which you have granted consent (unless we are required to do otherwise by law).

Categories of Recipients:
We will not transfer your personal information to any third party without seeking your consent, except in limited circumstances as described below:
- We use an external hosting service provider to operate the Service
- We use an external service provider for advanced text editing functionalities
- We use external AI service providers to help you generate content using the Service
- We use an external application monitoring and error tracking software service provider to detect potential incidents affecting the Service
- We use an external identity management service provider for user authentication and authorization purposes

These third-party service providers are obliged to use the personal information we transfer to them only for the purpose for which it was transferred and not to retain it for longer than is required to fulfill the said purpose. 

Some of our third-party service providers are located in the USA. There is no decision of the EU Commission that the USA generally provides an adequate level of protection for personal data. We have therefore concluded the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses with our service providers in the USA to protect your data. We will provide you with a copy of these standard contractual clauses upon request. 

We may also disclose your personal information for the following purposes: (1) to comply with an applicable law, regulation, court order, or other legal process; (2) to enforce our contractual rights and obligations; or (3) to respond to claims that your use of the Service violates any third-party rights. If the Service or our company is merged or acquired with another company, your information will be one of the assets that is transferred to the new owner.

Google Analytics:
With your consent, we may use the website analytics tool “Google Analytics” on our website.

Google Analytics is a product of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland (“Google”). It uses cookies and other tracking technologies to analyze the usage patterns of visitors to our website. Based on this analysis, we can place more targeted advertisements in the Google advertising network to potential customers. Google will process the corresponding data on its own responsibility as the data controller.

The cookies used in this context are stored for up to 2 years. The personal data collected by Google in connection with Google Analytics will be deleted after fourteen months at the latest.

Google may transfer your data to its affiliates in the USA or other countries. The EU Commission has not decided that these countries generally ensure an adequate level of protection for personal data. However, as described in Google’s Data Privacy Framework certification, Google and its affiliates comply with the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Frameworks (“DPF”) and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF as set forth by the US Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use and retention of personal information from the EEA, Switzerland and the UK, respectively.

Retention Of Your Information:
The data that your internet browser automatically transmits to us are retained in log files for up to 7 days and then automatically deleted or anonymized.

We will retain your other personal information with us for up to 2 years after your account for the Service is terminated, provided we still need it to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected as detailed in this Privacy Policy. We may need to retain certain information for longer periods such as record-keeping / reporting in accordance with applicable law or for other legitimate reasons like enforcement of legal rights, fraud prevention, etc. Residual anonymous information and aggregate information, neither of which identifies you (directly or indirectly), may be stored indefinitely.

Your Right to Object
You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you which is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR. We will then no longer process the personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims (Art. 21 GDPR).

Your Other Rights:
You have the right to request confirmation from us as to whether personal data relating to you are being processed; if this is the case, you have a right to information about these personal data and the information listed in detail in Art. 15 GDPR.

You have the right to demand that we correct any inaccurate personal data concerning you and, if necessary, complete any incomplete personal data without delay (Art. 16 GDPR).

You have the right to demand that we delete personal data relating to you without delay, provided that one of the reasons listed in detail in Art. 17 GDPR applies, e.g. if the data are no longer required for the purposes pursued (right to erasure).

You have the right to demand that we restrict processing if one of the conditions listed in Art. 18 GDPR applies.

You have the right to receive from us the data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format. You may transfer these data or have them transferred to other entities (right to data portability).

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you infringes the GDPR (Article 77 GDPR). You may assert this right before a supervisory authority in the Member State of your residence, workplace or the place of the alleged infringement.
